Upon booking, the payer acknowledges and agrees that 25% of the total on this invoice is a non-refundable deposit.
In order to receive a 75% refund in the form of original payment or a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to email@example.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
For Delivery: We currently offer delivery to Annapolis, MD and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius. Please confirm that you are within our delivery zone by entering your zip code while placing your order. At this time, we are only scheduling deliveries Thursday - Saturday, and scheduling delivery windows between 10 AM - 2 PM.
Because of the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee a specific time. However, we do provide ample notice when we are on our way with your order, so please be sure to provide us with the best contact number.
